As you travel the winding road that is this journey of life you may begin to feel that raising your vibration suddenly feels like walking a live wire. Your mind is expanding, your senses are hyperactive but also feeling more anxious, spaced-out, floaty or physically exhausted.

The secret that most people overlook: you cannot hold a high-voltage current without a deep ground wire.

Think of it this way, on skyscrapers the lighting rod isn’t to block the electricity from the sky, it’s to safely channel the energy down into the bedrock so the building doesn’t burn down.

You are the building. Your roots are the grounding wire.

Ascension isn’t about escaping the physical body; it’s bringing the soul fully down into.

The Cosmic Trap

When you start awakening, its easy to live entirely in the upper chakras (Throat, third eye and crown) But if you float too far out, you experience a “vibrational mismatch” with your physical reality.
